How do I report a line fault?

Call our customer services department on 0115 852 6600 to report the fault.  Alternatively you can email them on info@hello-telecom.co.uk or submit a support request via our support portal by clicking here .  You will need to include the following details:

  1. The phone number of the line that has a fault.
  2. A description of the fault (e.g. no dial tone, distorted sound quality)
  3. Details including time and date and phone numbers called etc.
  4. Do you require a temporary call divert?  If so, to which diverted number?
