How do I report a VoIP fault?
Call our customer services department on 0115 852 6600 or click here to report the fault. You will need to provide the following details:
- The number of the extension that has a fault.
- A description of the fault.
- Details including time and date and phone numbers called etc.
- Do you require a temporary call divert?
