How do I report a VoIP fault?

Call our customer services department on 0115 852 6600 or click here to report the fault.  You will need to provide the following details:

  1. The number of the extension that has a fault.
  2. A description of the fault.
  3. Details including time and date and phone numbers called etc.
  4. Do you require a temporary call divert?
